Returns


We accept returns on **unopened, unused products** within **30 days** of delivery.

To start a return, email us at intel@silvernairesignature.com with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds


After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at intel@silvernairesignature.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the unopened item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items


For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
